This washroom flooding issue in Vancouver was caused by paper towels being flushed down the toilet — something drains aren’t designed to handle. While clearing the blockage, we found the paper towels wrapped tightly around the drain snake cable, confirming they were the source of the clog. To properly access the drainage system, the toilet was removed. A medium drain snake was then used to clear the blockage, and a drain inspection camera confirmed the pipe was fully clear before reinstalling the toilet.
