Truly exemplary service!! We recently were referred to Straight Up from an electrician who did a great job for us...so we were hoping to have the same level of integrity for our new toilet/ bidet and garburator installation. We couldn’t have been more happy with the service that Will provided us. He was punctual, professional, honest and knowledgeable. We’ve had many previous experiences with different trades and when we get to the day where we’ll need plumbing/mechanical expertise again....our first and most foremost call will be for Straight Up!!

We had a great experience with Straight Up Mechanical. We had a burst pipe and sent a video clip to Willem. He was able to create a quote right away send send one of his team members to fix it. The work was done really quickly and thoroughly. Highly recommended!

I had a leak in my washroom. I talked with Willem, and he booked an appointment with his business partner for the same day. I don't remember his name, but he was very polite and professional and did a great and fast job. Not only did he fix the leaking, but he also had time to install a faucet.Excellent service and a great price, and I highly recommend it.

I had experience with both Will and Nick. Both of them are very friendly, efficiently and high professional. I had trouble on kitchen faucet with small water flow issue even after changing to new faucet. Will came to fix the problem without double charge even he was so busy that need take care new born baby. Highly appreciated for Will’s great job and help. Highly recommend Straight Up Mechanical Ltd to everyone who needs plumbing service with reasonable price but great service and great experience.

We were renovating our bathroom and we needed help installing our new tub with faucet and shower head. Will did an amazing job! He went above and beyond and even replaced some old copper pipe that was kinked. They have every tool for any job. We have called them multiple times and it’s always great service
