Here is what we need from you to become part of the Straight Up Mechanical Team:

• A valid Certificate of BC Trades Qualification as a Plumber, or Red Seal Ticket
• Backflow, Gas A and /or Gas B tickets
• Minimum 3 years plumbing experience (required)
• Install, repair and maintain domestic, commercial or plumbing fixtures and systems
• Experience in Drain Cleaning
• Exceptional customer service
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with clients and office staff
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of the BC Plumbing Codes and Standards
• Must be comfortable working with mobile devices and apps
• BC Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record (required)
• Must be able to pass a criminal record check (required)
• On Call schedule for emergency service work (once every 3 weeks, on average)
