Not something you want to see with electrical fixtures involved.Our tech suspected the toilet upstairs and used yellow leak detection dye in the tank to confirm it. Sure enough, the dye traced the leak straight back to that toilet. Pulled it off the flange and found a compromised wax seal letting water seep down with every flush.Reset the toilet with a thicker wax seal to get a proper compression and seal this time, then tested it — no more leaks.
